Terms of Service
In short: CELEHub is free. There is nothing to buy, no subscription and no hidden fee. Use it for study, be respectful in comments, and check any answer yourself before you rely on it.
1. Agreement
By using CELEHub you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is run by (“we”). Questions: .
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. Visitors under 18 are not registered and are sent to other educational videos. You must give honest details in the survey. Pretending to be someone else or using a made-up name may get you blocked.
3. The service is free
CELEHub does not sell anything. There are no purchases, subscriptions, fees or refunds, so there is no refund policy. The site may show advertisements, which are clearly labelled “Advertisement” and help pay for hosting. Clicking an ad is never required.
4. Educational use only, no professional advice
The videos and files are my own solved problems and notes, shared for learning and review. They may contain mistakes or be out of date. They are not official review material, are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Professional Regulation Commission, any school or any review center, and are not engineering advice. Do not use them for real design, construction or safety decisions. Always check results against your references, the codes and a licensed professional.
5. What you may do with our content
- You may watch the videos and download the free files for your own study.
- You may not re-upload, sell, or claim them as your own, or use them to train commercial tools, without written permission.
- Third-party material (for example a YouTube video, a sponsor’s banner, or a library) belongs to its owners. See Licenses & credits.
6. Comments, replies and ratings
- Comments and star ratings are written by visitors. We do not write, buy or pay for reviews, and we do not edit what you say.
- Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading or spammy, anyone’s private information, or links you do not own or trust.
- Comments are public. You keep ownership of what you write, and you let us display it on the site while it stays up.
- We may remove any comment, and block any Visitor ID, at our discretion.
7. Links and third-party services
CELEHub links to and embeds other sites (video hosts, file hosts, advertisers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, ads, cookies or availability.
8. No warranty and limit of liability
CELEHub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site, relying on its content, or downloading its files. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
9. Changes and ending access
We may change the site or these Terms, or stop the site, at any time. The date above shows the latest version. We may end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of , and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law of your own country says otherwise.
