Privacy Policy
In short: CELEHub is a free, non-commercial study site run by one person. It asks adults (18+) a few survey questions, shows only a random Visitor ID publicly, and never sells your data. You can delete your data at any time (see section 8).
1. Who runs this site
CELEHub is operated by (“we”, “the site owner”). For anything about your data, write to .
2. Who may use CELEHub
CELEHub is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you say you are under 18 in the survey, nothing you typed is saved or sent anywhere, and you are sent to educational videos made for your age. The only thing kept is a timestamp in your own browser so the screen is not shown again on the same device. Because we do not collect children’s data, we do not ask for parental consent. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
3. What we collect, why, and where it goes
| Data | Why we need it | Where it is kept |
|---|---|---|
| Quick survey (only if you tick the consent box): full name, age, school, review center | To confirm you are an adult and to understand who uses the site (students, schools, review centers) so the content can be improved. Your name is not shown to other visitors. | Sent as a message to the site owner’s private Telegram chat. Telegram stores it on its own servers. |
| Visitor ID (a random code such as K7M2P) | So your comments appear under a pseudonym instead of your name, and so two people never share an ID. | Our database (Cloudflare D1). Shown publicly beside your comments. |
| Comments, replies and star ratings | To run the community section. | Our database. Public: anyone can read them, with your Visitor ID and the time. |
| Anti-spam data: a one-way hash of your IP address and of name + school | To limit posting speed and to notice repeat sign-ups. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address or name. | Our database. |
| Session cookie (“ct_session”) | Keeps you signed in with your Visitor ID for one year. | Your browser. Signed so it cannot be edited. |
| Your choices in your browser (cookie choice, ad-blocker confirmation, under-18 notice, cached video lengths) | To remember what you picked. | Your browser only. See the Cookie Policy. |
| Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the survey | To stop bots. It looks at your browser and connection. | Processed by Cloudflare. |
| Ads (only if you choose “Accept all”) | Ads help pay for hosting. Ad providers such as Google AdSense may use cookies and your device and IP information to show and measure ads. | The ad provider. |
We do not collect payment details, email addresses, phone numbers, exact location, or any data from children. We do not run payments, newsletters or accounts.
4. Other services you meet on the site
- Hosting: Cloudflare Pages and GitHub host the site and its files. They process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages.
- Videos: embedded from third-party hosts (for example YouTube and LuluStream). When you play a video, that host may set cookies and collect usage data under its own policy. YouTube videos are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com. The video host may show its own ads, which we do not control.
- Free files: download links point to other sites (for example GitHub). Those sites see your IP address when you download.
5. Consent and legal basis
We collect survey data only because you tick the (unticked-by-default) consent box. You may stop at any time and withdraw consent by deleting your data (section 8). Ads and their cookies load only after you choose “Accept all”. We also rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free of spam. We handle personal data in line with the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and similar laws that apply to the site’s visitors.
6. Who sees your data
The site owner reads survey answers in Telegram. Service providers named above process data for us or on their own account. We do not sell your data and we do not share survey answers with advertisers, schools or review centers.
7. How long we keep it
Survey messages stay in the owner’s Telegram chat, and comments and Visitor IDs stay in the database, until you ask us to delete them or the owner removes them. The session cookie lasts one year. Browser storage stays until you clear it.
8. Your rights, and how to delete your data
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how it is used, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines or to the data authority in your own country.
Delete my data now. On the device you used for the survey, press the button below. It deletes your Visitor ID and every comment and reply you posted, signs you out, and sends the site owner a message to delete your survey answers from Telegram.
If you cleared your browser or use another device, write to with your Visitor ID (shown beside your comments) and we will delete it by hand. We reply as soon as we can.
9. Security
The site uses HTTPS, signed cookies, anti-bot checks and escapes everything you type. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not type anything private in comments.
10. Data leaving your country
The services above run in other countries, so your data may be processed abroad.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects what we collect, we will ask for your consent again.
